Will my plants be the exact plant(s) in the picture?
All photos are representative of items you will receive. Please remember these are live plants, and they will vary in size, shape, and color. We choose listing photos that are similar to the plant you receive, that accurately represent what we send out. Each order is hand-selected to provide the greatest quality to our customers; we do our best to choose the best of the bunch every time. Because these are live plants, some slight mechanical damage may show on some leaves. We remove any heavily damaged portions, but may choose to retain leaves that are damaged but still healthy and providing energy to the plant. These possible slight imperfections make your plant unique and special, and will in no way affect the health of your plant.
Plants are shipped bare root, without pots. Upon arrival, plants should be potted, watered and exposed to indirect sunlight based on the plant's needs.
We ship USPS First-Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail based on size, weight, distance, and customer preference. Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment. During peak order times, this may increase to 5-7 business days. If you need the items immediately, please contact us, or choose Priority Express.
Shipping is only available within the United States. Puerto Rico residents will need to choose priority shipping; first class is not available.
Combined Shipping and Bulk Orders
We do offer combined shipping. The first item will be charged at full price and will increase by a fixed amount based on each item added to the package. If what you're charged is considerably more than what we pay for shipping, we'll refund the overage, but we'll never ask you to pay more than what's on your invoice if the shipping fees are higher than what we collect.
We realize that the shipping fees can get pricey. We don't like it any more than you do! That's why we're currently offering FREE SHIPPING on orders of $75 and up! (unless otherwise noted in the listing; some seasonal items are not eligible for free shipping)

Customizing Your Order
Custom orders for some items may be available upon request, unless otherwise noted in the listing details. Please allow 3-7 business days for us to complete your custom order.
Premier Succulents is not responsible for damage to goods during shipping; we do not issue refunds for plants that are damaged in transit. We take great care to protect your plant on its journey from us to you.
By purchasing plants online, you acknowledge the risks involved with shipping, including, but not limited to, USPS delays, broken leaves, weather damage, etc.
We will ship replacements if there is extreme damage from travel; please see our replacement policy.
Please be aware of the climate and how it will affect your order. Extreme heat and extreme cold can damage your plants.
If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 5 business days to resolve the issue.
Occasionally, despite all of our care in wrapping/packing your order, some extreme damage may occur in transit. Please contact us, with photos, directly here at Etsy, so we can determine if replacements are necessary. If the majority of the plant will survive, or if the damage is minimal or cosmetic, we may issue store credit in the form of a coupon, rather than shipping a replacement. In the vast majority of cases, because these are young "starter" plants, any damaged leaves will quickly be replaced by new growth, with proper care.
We DO NOT issue refunds for orders that arrive damaged due to USPS delays or mishandling, weather related transit damage, or failure to bring the package inside ASAP after delivery in inclement weather.
We love reviews of all kinds - the good, the bad, and the ugly! However, if there is an issue with your order, and you leave a review before reaching out to us directly to rectify the problem, do not expect us to contact you or replace any damaged plants. We're very reasonable, and are always willing to work with our customers, but we don't always see every review, and aren't able to help if we don't know there's a problem. Please contact us here at Etsy messages if there is an issue with your order upon arrival! Messages here are monitored at nearly all times, and we do our best to respond within 24-48 hours. We are not able to access your customer information from reviews, our Facebook page, or our email, so please contact us here at Etsy
If your tracking shows your order as delivered, but it hasn't arrived, please allow the USPS 3-5 business days to get it to you. This is an occasional issue, and is generally resolved with a short wait. If your package hasn't arrived by the end of the 5th business day after it's marked delivered, please contact us so we can file a claim and send you a replacement if necessary.
Where did the heat packs go?
We have removed the heat pack cost from our shipping fees, and do NOT have heat packs currently in stock. If you live in a very cold state, or feel unsafe shipping without the added protection, please feel free to visit us again when the weather is a little warmer.
We use heat packs when our weather here in the Chicago area becomes cold enough to warrant their use, and stop using them when our weather warms up enough for safe shipping, to avoid possible heat damage.
