~This gorgeous variety is basically the yellow version of Lilac. It has large, smooth, fleshy leaves that display a range of color depending on growing conditions. Sustained bright light will bring out the most color. It prefers very bright light, up to nearly full filtered outdoor sun (full, direct all day outdoor sun may burn the leaves-outdoor very bright filtered light is perfect). Water when the soil is dry, and keep it trimmed to suit your growing space.

~~Please be aware that you're purchasing young starter plants or cuttings, and some leaves may show some cosmetic damage. Older leaves have been working hard to provide energy for roots and new leaves, so they're tired, and may die off. All new growth should emerge happy and healthy with proper care. Your plugs or cuttings may arrive with some browning leaves, wilting due to transit, or minor imperfections in some leaves. They may have even broken slightly depending on the length of the plants. This is normal, and as soon as your plant is established and is putting out new growth, you can remove any damaged leaves to allow room for future offshoots. Broken pieces can be treated as bonus cuttings and propagated. Some plugs can be planted slightly deeper to cover any bare lower stems. Be sure to give your plants a drink upon arrival; plugs can be soaked for an hour or two in a shallow dish of water to hydrate before planting. We do not issue replacements or refunds for minor cosmetic damage, or minor breakage in the case of larger, fuller plugs or cuttings. Plants are shipped bare root. We take great care to package each order securely so your plants arrive happy and healthy. Each plant is removed from the plug tray it's currently growing in, the root ball (minus any loose soil) is wrapped in recycled plastic, and the whole plant is wrapped in paper for safety.

All photos are representations of the plants you will receive. Each order is hand-selected to provide the greatest quality to our customers. Because of the way our plants are pulled, wrapped, and packed, and because we have walk in customers, we are unfortunately not able to provide photos of the plant you will receive. We take every precaution, as always, to protect your order. However, we are not responsible for USPS delays or damages caused by weather or shipping. Occasionally, despite all of our care in wrapping/packing your order, some extreme damage may occur in transit. If the majority of the plant will survive, or if the damage is minimal or cosmetic, we may issue store credit in the form of a coupon, rather than shipping a replacement. Frequently Asked Questions

Will my plants be the exact plant(s) in the picture?

All photos are representative of items you will receive. Please remember these are live plants, and they will vary in size, shape, and color. We choose listing photos that are similar to the plant you receive, that accurately represent what we send out. Each order is hand-selected to provide the greatest quality to our customers; we do our best to choose the best of the bunch every time. Because these are live plants, some slight mechanical damage may show on some leaves. We remove any heavily damaged portions, but may choose to retain leaves that are damaged but still healthy and providing energy to the plant. These possible slight imperfections make your plant unique and special, and will in no way affect the health of your plant.

Shipping Policies

Plants are shipped bare root, without pots. Upon arrival, plants should be potted, watered and exposed to indirect sunlight based on the plant's needs.

We ship USPS First-Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail based on size, weight, distance, and customer preference. Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receiving payment unless otherwise noted in each listing. During peak order times, this may increase to 5-7 business days. If you need the items immediately, please contact us, or choose Priority Express.

Shipping is only available within the United States. Puerto Rico residents will need to choose priority shipping; first class is not available.

Combined Shipping and Bulk Orders

We offer partially combined shipping. The first item will be charged at full price and will increase by a fixed amount based on each item added to the package.

However, if there is an issue with your order, and you leave a review BEFORE reaching out to us directly to rectify the problem, do not expect us to contact you or replace any damaged plants. We're very reasonable and are always willing to work with our customers, but we don't always see every review, and aren't able to help if we don't know there's a problem. USPS Issues

If your tracking shows your order as delivered, but it hasn't arrived, please allow the USPS 3-5 business days to get it to you. This is an occasional issue, and is generally resolved with a short wait. If your package hasn't arrived by the end of the 5th business day after it's marked delivered, please contact us so we can file a claim and send you a replacement if necessary.
